SOBEKI CORP
Greed, corruption and the power of the mighty Realkrone (the game currency) allow this gang to dominate the streets with cold hard cash
Formed from the strongest of the unwanted street urchins in Technograd, these outcasts of society take what they want by force and have the muscle to back up their threats
These ex-military special ops forces are veterans of wars that were fought in middle of the 21st century. They think like mercenaries and perform their duties at elite levels.
Hackers to the core. These young cyber criminals were born connected to the network. Some with roots back to the late 20th century, these elite manipulators of electronic and web security outpace any threat protection installed to ward them off.
Usually former corporate, military and state sponsored cybernetic augmentation and general medical care professionals, these now freelance cyber surgeons run their own back alley facilities for massive profit. Cheaper implants, cheaper operations, no middleman taking half their cut.
Yes! Multiplayer will be supported online. Up to 4 players can play depending on map size. A single player campaign mode is also available for solo play against AI controlled gangs. Players can customize game settings in the setup screen for map size, difficulty and victory conditions.
Our team grew up playing the games that revolutionized the 4X genre. Games like Civilization and Age of Wonders. And of course one of our favorites, yes, Chaos Overlords. So much of the inspiration derives from these great franchises. We love the gritty cyberpunk world we've built in Ataxia and are excited to bring the strategy genre to this new space.
Ataxia is an turn based strategy game, designed towards engaging enemy gangs in direct combat or outsmarting them via hacking and stealth. The high customization and gamechanging global powers available make Ataxia a fun and unique entry into the 4X space.
So far we can confirm English, French, Spanish, German, Russian, Korean, Chinese & Japanese. Additional language options will be decided based on wishlist data and feedback from the community. We want to support as many players as we can.

Some with roots back to the late 20th century, these elite manipulators of electronic and web security outpace any threat protection installed to ward them off. They jack in hard, fast and are out before a system admin even knew they were there. Although typically not adept at melee and weapons combat, these teens tend to be hopped up on every drug one can find in Technograd. So don’t underestimate their erratic behavior or desire to shoot and kill if they can’t bypass security

Cheaper implants, cheaper operations, no middleman taking half their cut. These docs have seen their fare share of gore and trauma and know how to stitch up a dying body quickly. Although not adept at hacking or ranged weapons handling, these support specialists are not afraid to take a fight head on and heal their wounded mid-combat. Coupled with the ability to install powerful support-based cybernetic implants, these docs are not a force to be ignored
